1. Acceptance of Terms.

1.1 By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to these TOS. If you’re using the Service on behalf of a company or another entity, you affirm that you have the authority to bind them to these TOS. If you don’t agree or lack the authority, please do not use the Service.

1.2 Jugg Transport reserves the right to modify these TOS. We will notify you of changes by email or by posting a notice on the Site. You can always review the current TOS. Changes become effective 30 days after notice, and your continued use of the Service confirms acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of Service

The “Service” includes (a) the Site, (b) Fulfillment Services (explained below), and (c) all software, data, reports, texts, images, sounds, videos, and content available through the above (collectively called “Content”). Any new features enhancing the Service are subject to these TOS.

“Fulfillment Services” cover activities related to your products (“Products”), such as order processing, storage, picking/packing, shipping, and handling returns or disposals.

3. General Conditions/ Access and Use of the Service.

3.1 You may use the Service for legal purposes only. All rights to the Service and its components remain with Jugg Transport. You must not (a) resell or transfer the Service, (b) use the Service unlawfully, or (c) attempt unauthorized access. Follow Jugg Transport’s instructions and rules for the Service.

3.2 You are responsible for all content you upload, post, or transmit (“Your Content”). You grant Jugg Transport the right to use Your Content for the Service.

3.3 Protect your login and password. Jugg Transport may access your account for specialized support upon your request.

3.4 Jugg Transport may collect data to improve the Service.

3.5 Ensure compatible equipment to access the Service.

3.6 Failure to enforce any right in these TOS does not waive it.

3.7 Jugg Transport may use your name or company name for marketing upon request.

3.8 Specialized support may be provided.

3.9 Jugg Transport and its Fulfillment Partners may have a lien and security interest in your goods and products for charges due.

4. Costs.

4.1 An entry cost applies for storing products. Additional costs may apply for non-standard receiving.

5. Representations and Warranties.

By using the Service, you represent that you have the authority to enter this TOS, own or have rights to use Your Content, and comply with these TOS.

6. Termination.

You may terminate your account anytime. Jugg Transport may terminate your Account and this TOS by notice. Some terms survive termination.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES.

The Service is provided “as-is.” Jugg Transport disclaims all warranties, including uninterrupted, secure, error-free service.

8. Governing Law; Venue.

This TOS is governed by United States law. Any dispute must be filed in New Jersy.

9. Entire Agreement

This TOS is the entire agreement, superseding prior agreements.

10. Severability

Illegal TOS parts are limited or removed, but the TOS remains.

11. Waiver

Not enforcing a TOS part is not a waiver.

12. Notice

All notices must be in writing.
